CPA

The CPA (Counseling Progress Assessment) is designed to help professional counselors (interns and early career counselors in particular) develop effective treatment plans and track client progress over the course of the counseling relationship. It can also be used by pastors and others involved in ministry related counseling to determine when referral for professional services is warranted.

The program consists of a brief online questionnaire that gathers information from your client related to anxiety, depression and sleep disturbance using items developed by the National Institutes of Health’s Patient Reported Outcomes Measurement Information System (PROMIS), quality of life using the Kemp Quality-of-Life Rating Scale, and religious faith practices using the five item Santa Clara Strength of Religious Faith questionnaire.

Once the client completes the questionnaire, a HIPPA compliant report is emailed to you, usually within 24 hours.
